CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

• Provide necessary materials, approvals, and access for projects

• Respond to communications in a timely manner

• Ensure all shared content complies with copyright and legal standards

Delays caused by client inaction may result in extended timelines or additional fees.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content created by Nexa Media remains our property until full payment is received.

• Upon payment, clients receive full usage rights for the agreed-upon deliverables.

• Clients retain ownership of any materials they provide to Nexa Media.
  ‍

Nexa Media may use completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payment terms are outlined in each client agreement or invoice.

• Invoices are due as stated on the agreement.

• Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
  ‍
• Refunds are provided at Nexa Media’s discretion, depending on project stage and scope.

GOVERNINING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
